Learning is real thing as person learns himself when surrounded by lot of work and least practical training sessions.

Dislikes

Appraisals are poor. No transparency and no rewards against your work. They want you to work like top executive and when it comes appraisal, they complicates with KRAs and Other parameters which were not predefined. Although working was never regulated in the same direction.

TL are so toxic overloaded pressure no tea break daily target Agar achi nahi hua to Tea and lunch break Nahi Milti . target overloaded pressure . koi bhi Bahana Karke incentive Chori karta hai . Mere Naam per Jo Trophy aaya tha vah mujhe nahin diya. Koi kam mat Karna Ya scam Hai management bekar hai . computer, head phone kharab hai . 8 hours k jaga 10 hours kam karvata hai

Bank is not connected to ground level. Processes , TATs are poor. Top management is not knowing process related issues. Too many useless concalls and data games instead of Customer meetings. Poor HR set up. Disappointing Experience I had high hopes, but my time here was marred by a toxic work culture. The management prioritizes sycophancy over merit, making it clear that career growth is tied to appeasing those in power rather than delivering quality work. Freedom of speech is non-existent, and the focus is on securing business deals by any means necessary. This environment can erode your personal values and leave you vulnerable in difficult situations. The HR policy appears impressive at first glance, claiming that no employee will be terminated solely for business reasons. However, I've witnessed HR block attendance and coerce employees into resigning on orders from higher-ups. If you have any self respect or courtesy join a good bank not to join the bank where is no respect to junior employees. i suggest to my all friends to not work in axis, When they listen my concern they shocked to listen my points.
