There is nothing good in axis bank (culture, products, support, security, learning) only you have to do is sales sales sales no value of operational work and even no one is interested to do bank process and operational work. No compliance, No process every branch do there own process and highly chargeable products so at the same time you are not able to compare rivals products only you have to misguide the customer and sale bank's products. Not good Even government announced to work with 50% staff bank don't follow government orders they even push employees to market they don't care about covid and all this things thay just only want business They use language like...... Agar aaj kuch business na ho to dukan bandh mat karo sache kitna bhi late kyu na ho.... This types of words they are use for employees
