As a fresher you need to understand the work culture and requirements of the bank. If you are experienced in sales the you need not to worry. in recent times lot of policy changes in the bank. But overall bank is good

Leadership issue in lot of branches. If you lucky then you get right one and career will go smoothly. Otherwise leader makes your career ruin from the beginning of the day.

Good culture, we keep our KRA better we are in safer side. Obviously based on your boss your work life balance will decide.

Process is not that much better. Everything they have centralise in Mumbai and Hyderabad. I don't know they have aware about the process or not.

Most of the old employees who are in leadership now are always run their dirty politics and favouritism within the organisation and most importantly they are not at all updated with current generation and market scenario and doesn't have proper leadership quality they are still quite old fashioned.

In my region it's very pathetic work culture, no work life balance, they are taking concall after working hour, calling employees to circle house after 7 pm then talking to them in bad language. I have never seen such culture in any bank
