In Axis Bank the supervisor has the final word. He can keep whoever he wants and remove whomever he wants. HR has no value in Axis Bank. HR does as the supervisor tells it. In Axis Bank no opportunities are given to the employees. The employees do not even know when they are going to lose their job. In Axis Bank everything is in thehands of the supervisor. He can remove employees from their jobs whenever he wants and transfer them to another state whenever he wants. Jobs are not secured here....Read More

Overall culture at Axis bank is truly really nice. Please consider this with grain of salt as it depends on the manager and your team members as well.

As stated above, what type of manager and team members you get decide how satisfied and fulfilled you will feel, currently neither my manager nor my team members are good. But I have WFH so it makes it easy.

TL are so toxic overloaded pressure no tea break daily target Agar achi nahi hua to Tea and lunch break Nahi Milti . target overloaded pressure . koi bhi Bahana Karke incentive Chori karta hai . Mere Naam per Jo Trophy aaya tha vah mujhe nahin diya. Koi kam mat Karna Ya scam Hai management bekar hai . computer, head phone kharab hai . 8 hours k jaga 10 hours kam karvata hai

Bank is better to work than smaller banks

Bank is not connected to ground level. Processes , TATs are poor. Top management is not knowing process related issues. Too many useless concalls and data games instead of Customer meetings. Poor HR set up. Politics much more, supervisor create unnecessary business pressure , extra workload, at a time do many works , assign task which is actually harassment,,, supervisor doing nothing, no holiday, if u sick even though BH asked u came to office, coming timing mentioned which sharp 8:50 am but going time not mentioned……..etc……etc…..

The IT here is very strong

Work culture is bad. And buying Citi Bank was the biggest mistake ever that Axis has done. Citi Bank customers are leaving, there's huge attrition in the Bank. There's no one to take care of the customers. Management is least interested in the ground reality.
