Because bank depend only opration desk because of they do life insurance do health insurance opening accounts book fixed deposit and dealing in all products, third party product like li,gi,gold loan,credit card,agri crop loan having govt job in axis bank because they all are dependent on operations desk people .so if u are applied axis bank in operations so i suggest to join third party product
