There is whatsapp and phone call culture to get work done. Emails are just ignored. Also in DBAT, the leadership is keen to deliver products back to back, work life balance can be messy. Especially for a fresher where there might be little to no onboarding help.

Highly Bureaucratic Environment at all levels. Everyone is climbing the corporate ladder by pulling others down. Genuine staff are kicked out and showbiz staff are retained
