Work culture is bad. And buying Citi Bank was the biggest mistake ever that Axis has done. Citi Bank customers are leaving, there's huge attrition in the Bank. There's no one to take care of the customers. Management is least interested in the ground reality.

In Axis Bank the supervisor has the final word. He can keep whoever he wants and remove whomever he wants. HR has no value in Axis Bank. HR does as the supervisor tells it. In Axis Bank no opportunities are given to the employees. The employees do not even know when they are going to lose their job. In Axis Bank everything is in thehands of the supervisor. Bank is not connected to ground level. Processes , TATs are poor. Top management is not knowing process related issues. Too many useless concalls and data games instead of Customer meetings.
