Salary - Good

Dislikes

No respect for the people they work on a hire and fire policy Not a safe place to work for a family person. No respect for differently abled people even HR works under the pressure of the operations. Even if you raise a issue with the hr it will come back to you in a harsh way.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
