A great place to be, if you want to learn, develop and grow technically. Great work culture and awesome policies. AVEVA has introduced the Dynamic Work recently which allows you to choose how you want to work - WFH or WFO or mix. AVEVA is very much keen on Work-life balance and everything revolves around it. AVEVA is a place where you can expect a very good Work Culture, Work-Life balance and opportunity to lean and grow. Innovation is part of AVEVA's DNA and encourages to think in a new direction. Well planned deliverables which makes life easy. Transportation is also provided with very nominal fee, which is the best option as we need not to drive all the way to office. AVEVA provides many ways to learn and develop skills by hosting in house sessions and by providing access to online training portals,etc....Read More

Nothing as such, may be 1 to 2 small things like you can't have more than 5 leaves to carry forward to next year.At the same time this is to make sure that employees are having proper work-life balance and encourages to have personal time too.
