I like the flexible work timings. I like some of the opportunities like CMMI and AI learning as well as working on cross-functional projects. Also, I got an opportunity to interact with clients to deliver the projects on-site travel. Arranging the ergonomics to the employees in the pandemic situation.

Dislikes

I am disappointed with the Hike for the year 2019-2020. The lockdown and the pandemic were started at the end of the march but the management took a decision there was no hike for that year. Completely this year 2020-2021 mostly working on the cross-functional projects and received some 9years. My work is slightly challenging to prepare the performance calculations / customized solutions as per the customer needs in the Power and Oil & Gas Industry. Doing personnel research on the new requirements such as Desalination Technology, Oil & Gas.
