Likes

Job security is good since I am cost effective Global Delivery Centre. Employees help each other when required and that way work culture is good. Company policies are good, there is car lease policy, flexible health & life insurance policies, onsite travel policies etc.

Dislikes

Salary/Appraisal standards are less when compared with other similar business companies. May be some politics.

Work Details

My work is handling customer projects in delivery team, globally. Some time more work pressure depending on the status/phase of project. International travel for 1-2 months every year, for the countries for which projects are being executed.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
