I was hired for a TCS project, but when my interview for payroll took place, the TCS HR informed me that due to the education gap, I cannot be on TCS payroll. However, I can work for TCS through another vendor, but not on TCS payroll. This is really a joke.

Dislikes

There is no job security, HR not responding on calls and emails, need to follow up for salary also.
