it is quite hard for software engineers in India to find good jobs at aurigo software technologies was not so easy for me. the interview process was composed of several rounds and i had to put in my best to clear those rounds. i am originally from new Delhi but i shifted to Bangalore with my family almost a year ago. Bangalore has high competition and getting a good job here is not so easy. i am a high - packing employee and this sometimes doesn't help me in getting a job so quickly. i am so thankful to Aurigo for having me here. this company is among those that will focus more on the quality than selecting an employee who asks for a low salary. i am getting a great package and i am giving the best of my work to the office

The best thing i like here is the professionalism of the company. The porcesses are followed in order. I've not faced any issues here with the work or my salary. Also my team members are really respectful

It's a good thing that a cafeteria is there but it doesn't have many food options. The company can think making improvements in this are when the office opens.

The work timings were not increased even when we all were comfortably working from home. The salary was as usual never delayed. In my earlier organization, I was fed up with late crediting of my salary. At times, the salary was provided after 2 to 3 months. It was not easy for me to manage my expenses. I have always given my best in the office so I did not find it great that the salary was not being credited on time. Gladly, I did not come across anything I would dislike. I did come across some problems in the beginning because I wasn't able to understand the work so easily. But I constantly kept in touch with my seniors and was gradually able to understand the work too. No problems found since then.

Due to this, I was asked to leave since my salary had been very high in the office. My family and I were very stressed as to how we will manage the expenses.
