I have been working at this organisation for approx. 11 months. All this while my journey has been excellent. It is, no doubt, quite a big organisation where everything is possible. Not to forgot, it is highly reputed. This is again a plus point of Aurigo. Whenever I tell anyone that I work here, they're just impressed.

Implementing different policies, Aurigo has improved the work-life balance for me. Considering my preferences, it allows me to adjust my work schedule. Flexible work hours are a great benefit that ensures this balance for me. Break during the shift can be regularly availed. During these breaks, I can also gel with my co workers. Not only the work life balance but my productivity is maintained too.

Pertinent to my role, I've explored learning opportunities at Aurigo. Beyond these, suiting my interests, I have worked on other new tasks as well. I surely get to learn more about my field but knowledge beyond that is also accessible here. It is great that there is no pressure to handle numerous roles. But if an employee is interested, he/she is encouraged to handle new tasks.
