For job security purposes, Aurigo is a recommended organization. I do work in the best way to keep my performance good. But there are days when some requirements don't get resolved by me as expected. Even in that situation, there is no threat to my job.

Aurigo Software Technologies is a reputed company. I wanted to grow more professionally and work with more clients. So I joined it. I've gained hands on experience working on new projects.

Growth in my career is definitely available in this company but I have also experienced overall growth. Apart from my QE engineering skills, I've noticed my communication and confidence becoming better. I'm satisfied with the leaves given. They are far more than what I used to get in my previous company.

Dislikes

3 years back, the team in which I was in did not have enough members. So, a lot of pressure would come on me and other members in a few days.

For me, This company is very good for those who want to make a career in engineering firstly there are so many projects that i never get bored with then i get to learn something interesting in every project i work on Training keeps happening here so from time to time engineers get amazing guidance here.

Dislikes

I hope that the company doesn't open office too soon. in the Covid - 19 times working from home will be safer option safer option here

I have been here for 5 years so i know the company inside out. The office has been growing well. The teams keep expanding. New kinds of projects come here. it's pleasure to work on them because they give me something new to add to my cv.

The office is kept clean but the washroom area can be somewhat disappointing

The office is comfortable. The company has made available nice desks and infrastructure. I get a professional feel when i work here because of the staff. i've got to learn about so many new things here about technology.

I haven't seen lunch gatherings here. It will be a nice idea to have them around the festive seasons

I had been looking forward to working with this company in Bangalore but when i was looking for change, there was no vacancy at aurigo i'm so happy to finally find a job here. I have heard much about aurigo that it has good perks for the employees. Now that i'm working here, i'm impressed with the company other than the benefits, I like its way of working

I manage team outings here but due to the pandemic, They are not being carried out. These were really fun i hope the company plans them soon with precautions in place.

workig here is like making good growth in your career. I have noticed that presently. i can do more work than i used to do years ago. my knowledge has surely become better. and my skills have become refined. all of these improvements have happened because of the seniors i work with. their feedback helps me a lot!
