I have a long list of things that I like here. Work-life balance is the best in this company. I've never been affected by the workload. It is usually low. It is good in terms of HR policies. Attendance and leave are managed well. Then it goes without saying that the HR DEPT. is nice too.

Dislikes

The helpers in the office are somewhat slow in doing their work.

It's natural for anyone's performance to go through different phases. What really makes difference is how understanding an organisation is. The management is empathetic and that is all I need. It deals with employees as politely and kind as possible. When I take time to grasp things, I don't worry any longer.

Most of the office policies are flexible, only some are rigid.

It is committed to providing transparency in the office. That is why everything is clear and open. I have noted that HR department communicates openly. But confidential matters are not disclosed. It knows which matters to discuss openly or confidently. So, it is professional in every sense.

Not every manager interacts with ease. They kind of seem introverts to me.

Depending on the team you work with, your productivity surely receives an impact. The team at Aurigo Software Technologies is just like that. It is my luck to work with them. This organization has formed a group of sharp, talented, and very positive-minded people. They excel in everything they do. I am learning to be positive with them and also getting to enhance my capabilities.

Only a few times, there have been delays in task delegation.

Access to best facilities has been given within and near the office. The small outlets outside the office are not free to access but its still convenient for me to have ready access to them. If I talk about of those within the premises , there is huge area where I can recreate myself, have lunch with the team, manage meetings etc.

Urgent client queries can bother you a little but that's part of the work.

1.5 years back, I was hired by this organisation. Unbelievably, I've not had any issues while working here since then. The culture is surprisingly good. Aurigo's managers politely connect with teams, irrespective of what the matter is. They know how to communicate everything while maintaining a polite tone. So, in every instance, the respect of employees is kept in mind. I look forward to learning this communication skill from the managers. It will help me associate better with my fellow colleagues.

The punching machine for attendance doesn't work well at times. I have to punch in a few times to mark my attendance.

This company's work environment is admireable Distractions are very less and i do not see many employees excessively using their phones. No problems emerged in adjusting here because the teams are soo good.

Dislikes

Outside the office, there aren't many things to do. relaxation. the office should then have good facilities indoors.
