Working at Aurigo has ben nothing less than reaching a milestone. Due to this company, I've excelled in my career. I have crawled up the ladder to work in my current position. Internal movement is possible here and I can tell this from my experience. I have a track record of fulfilling the goals I set for myself.

An employee friendly office like this deserves appreciation. The founders have done a fine job in maintaining such a culture. Every employee is considered equally important here. There are executives, managers, and others in even higher positions. All of them are valued and treated with full respect. Because of the founders, the office is very enjoyable.

Dislikes

A few processes are manual while others are automated. I am less comfortable handling and completing the manual ones.

Only a few months back, I joined this workplace. I noticed some very good things here, especially the staff. The employees hired are from good educational backgrounds. Aurigo's management emphasizes the quality of work. I have come across many senior managers who believe in skills over anything else. I felt that I have joined a place where I rightly fit.

There aren't any dislikes in relation to this workplace. However, jelling with the team does require some amount of time.

There is a great culture of feedback. This feedback is two-way. So, I tell my team how it can do better. Likewise, my team suggests to me how I can make their work life better. This kind of feedback culture does more than just improve our performance. It brings the employees closer and fosters healthy relationships among them.

Benefits for the family members of those who work here are lacking ever since I joined the office.

Due to the open-door policy of Aurigo, I feel comfortable working with it. In this kind of culture, I feel Listened to. Whether I have any suggestions or need help with anything, HR listens to me. HR has made a fine leave policy too. During probation, leaves were few. But sick leaves were easily given to me.

Dislikes

The office canteen should have active staff members. It isn't great to wait a lot for small orders or requests.

There are realistic timelines for most projects. I can work with ease and peace of mind because of relaxed deadlines. my schedule mostly comprises planned tasks. There can be sudden meetings on some days but that is quite rare. Most Importantly, I don't have to exert excess pressure on myself while working here.

Dislikes

The office timing during winter should be charged since it gets dark too early. The management should take this into account.

I am aware of the fact that an engineering lead's needs to do many things. This can sometimes make you feel the work pressure. Thankfully, at aurigo software technologies, the work pressure is descent. More Fortunate is the fact that i have never sacrificed my personal time for office work
