I Joined here during the pandemic situation. The company has been supportive throughout the situation. The targets set have been achievable till now. The HR listens to my problems when I am unable to solve them on my own. Aurigo's managers and other lead engineers have been polite to me.

Dislikes

Concerns like health benefits may not be quickly addressed. Benefits are there for the employees. But there are not many health benefits.

For 2 years, I have been managing a team of engineers/ They know their work but I supervise the projects and coordinate with the team.

The team aurigo software technologies is big I get to connect with professionals from different fields. They all are well Qualified The company's management is doing a great job it helps me out or suggests me when i need guidance. Aurigo has a decent leave policy and leaves are available with ease

Dislikes

More things are good here but few improvements can be made usually the workload isn't there but during weekends, It can be felt. This can be looked at by the company

After coming here, i did not feel the need to leave ow switch to any other company. i have got the chance to work on several projects with my team. But i have always found the team to be sincere. it follows the instructions, Completes the work on time, and is very skilled also. working can be good when such a team has given to me

The work timings of the office are flexible sometimes when i need just a few hours to run errands other tasks, I don't have to take a full leave i can adjust the timings. There is a cafeteria in the office. for outstation employees like me, this really solves the lunch issue sometimes, skill training sessions are also done for the employees Even when i'm a lead engineer here

I have realized the importance of job security after joining Aurigo, I have been working here for 4 years. I never considered changing my job because i was liking many things here. And when the 2020 pandemic come, I was kind of worried. I saw many companies removing their employees with high salaries. At Aurigo, my salary is high too. But here, not even a single employee was put through job security issues. So for me job security is one of the things that make this company really good....Read More

The company has good values but i think now it should introduce health programs for employees. I personally feel having such programs at work will be good for employees' health.
