Getting too many calls on some days is distracting. i'd Prefer if the employees limit to messaging more than calling

I can list tons of things i like in the office. It is easy to work with. I can work in my own comfort no unnecessary stress or high work pressure is there. There is no doubt about growth if you work with all your effort and dedication. Interaction with the top management has always been pleasant.

Dislikes

Sometimes my seniors are not satisfied with the work and that is when i have to put in more research and effort

Working here since these many years, Aurigo is no less than my family. I have formed a good understanding with everyone here. When i come to this company, I was not at a senior level. This company is hiring during the pandemic. I joined here 3 months ago. I correctly remember that 3 months ago there was a shortage of jobs. I was hoping that after a few months, jobs will be available. I thankfully secured a job here at the right time. Otherwise i may have been sitting jobless at this time. This company deserves many thanks for giving me a job during such difficult times. I am able to take care of my family well without facing any pay cuts or severe work conditions.
