It was given on time. There was no scene of pay cuts or cost cutting also. Even when I am new here, I did not have to fear about job security issues. I started working at Aurigo 7 years ago. I was appointed here as the principal business analyst for handling the business progress and maintaining it. Based on my performance in the previous organization, the management was already impressed with me. They gave me hike which I had never expected. In addition to that, they expected me to keep up my performance and fetch visible growth results. I have kept my promise always. The company in which I was working was reducing the number of employees to save costs during the corona virus pandemic. Due to this, I was asked to leave since my salary had been very high in the office. My family and I were very stressed as to how we will manage the expenses. I got toknow that Aurigo was hiring and immediately applied. Since my salary is very high, I had very few hopes that I will be selected and if selected, whether I will be given the expected salary. There are countless things which I keep appreciating about this company. The management of this company is extremely genuine. It works transparently. I am new in this company. I have joined here 2 months ago as the QE Engineer. I am not from Bangalore Originally. But I was very keen to work with Aurigo and when my interview was scheduled i could not find a transport mode on time. So i required the office to help me if possible. They made me do my interview over the web. I do not know if this is how they always do but in my case i specially requested them for help. my review is based on 6 months of working here. I joined here as i was looking for job change due to certain reason. I was employed on the salary I have asked for and the company was okay with it. 1 month after working, there was some issue with my laptop. Due to the coronavirus situation, I was not finding a way to get the laptop fixed on time. i conveyed the some to the office. It is unbelievable that the management offered to provide me with a replacement for the laptop. So i had to take no leave to get it fixed. I had to take no troubles of not being able to work also.
