Job Description
- Engage in customer connects to understand the thought process of the end user and the sponsors to ensure their jobs to be done are achieved in the best way
- Implement best practices in gauging usability through defined metrics
- Lead a team of UX/UI designers, collaborate with developers to ideate, prototype, design & implement new product features/functionalities
- Conduct workshops or bootcamps for getting internal stakeholders feedback and suggestions.
- Run consistent design sprints with tangible outcomes
- Plan & execute primary user research methods.
- Deliver usability report metrics regularly and improvements made by the UX iterations
- Present product design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership
- Collaborate with engineers and product managers to understand engineering complexity
- Identify new problem areas and design, propose new product improvement opportunities to leadership.
- Identify future opportunities, working as a thought partner to the product team.
- Bachelor s / Master s degree in Design or Equivalent experience in building complex business use cases for the B2B space
- Managing a team of 2-5 UX designers guiding them through extensive design sprints
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in design for web/mobile apps through extensive research & collaboration with Product Engineering teams.
- Fluency in mobile/web-app based information architecture and design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques
- Extensive knowledge on heuristic principles, implementation & usability testing methods
- Experienced with human-computer interaction (HCI), Visual Design, and Interaction Design
- Experience in implementing data-driven decisions / analytics for UX design
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, InDesign, Zeplin, Miro, Illustrator is desirable
