Job Description
- Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products
- Create and maintain detailed user-interface specifications
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and industry best practices
- Participate in design reviews and iterate based on feedback
- Bachelor s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and high-quality UI/UX work
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing
- Excellent visual design skills with a strong sense of typography, layout, and color theory
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience in designing for multiple platforms (web, mobile, tablet)
- Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
