The cooperation shown by HR is marvellous. In different situations, I have approached HR. I have been influenced by the empathy shown by this team. It goes beyond its way to understand the situation of an employee. I am lucky to have access to this department that understand me, no matter what.

Dislikes

During my training, I learned many things, mostly being new to me. It was a great initiative but it ended shortly. Its span could have been longer.

Transparency is a good attribute of the management of this company. Because of this, the management has cordial terms with the employees. I fully trust it and I've only seen others appreciating it. Regardless of the process, it is done without any sort of partiality. From the selection of employees to their recognition, transparency guides every process.

Dislikes

Health programs are less. They should be planned more on the weekends for a rejuvenating start of the next week.

I've been contributing efficiently to this organisation. Different responsibilities have been given to me. Very confidently, I've taken up all of these. The outcomes of the deliverables have been great. In turn, Aurigo has continuously given me growth. For my additional effort, I've received amazing rewards. While the organisation has been growing, it has been ensuring my growth also.

Dislikes

Aurigo has always been ahead in hosting events for employees. They can be more interactive though.

HR has been very supportive throughout my tenure till now. I was recruited some time ago and was explained my job profile. HR has made certain that the same responsibilities are given to me. After I joined, I requested HR for a longer training period. My request was considered positively by the department. Meanwhile, I had my exams. I was easily allowed leave to prepare for and take my exam.

Performance is checked regularly. Work quality has to be strictly maintained.

Physically and mentally, I'm comfortable in this company. Satisfaction is easy to derive here. The office has good facilities that are regularly maintained. Office policies and adjustable schedules help me have a balanced professional life. I am fine with the team dynamics as well. My co-workers try to be supportive as much as possible.

Dislikes

In the probation period, I was guided even for the work I knew which did not seem necessary to me.

Facilities like cabs for the employees are decent. There is a recreational space in the office. Fun games are planned for the team every once in a while. Going out for lunch with the employees is very thoughtful of the management. Occasional treats are also given here such as on birthdays.

Dislikes

Client queries can sometimes be of a complex nature. I am required to make bandwidth for these on some days but it does affect the planned schedule.

I have attended several events in this office. With my colleagues, I have celebrated on occasion too. These events and celebrations have given me experiences to remember for life. It is great to work with like-minded people. But it is more amazing to celebrate on special days with such colleagues.

Aurigo's management often connects with the employees to know whether they are working comfortably. It works on their key concern to maintain their comfort while working. Also, the team leads properly plan the work schedule for each member. So, work-life balance is smoothly ensured for me. Overall, This is a good office where my main requirements are met.

Dislikes

Regarding the seating arrangement, I could have derived more satisfaction if there was more personal space available.

I have learned to work on challenging projects here. Initially, I used to feel less confident about these. My reporting manager, however, consistently made me feel confident. Definitely, I built more confidence here but also learned to a great extent. Now, I take the initiative to work on such projects for consistent learning and higher confidence.

Dislikes

The office facilities are satisfactory but I wish there was a nap room available for the employees.
