Roughly 8 months ago, i found a vacancy here. The sooner I applied, the faster i received a response i must say that the management is really quick in giving a response. otherwise many companies take longer than a week to check the application. when my hiring was done , I was satisfied with everything. Also i am thankful to the company for not deducting any amount from my salary due to pandemic and lock down. I haven't been able to see the office yet. I hope that it is well - maintained and hygienic too

I like that there are many teams in office in every team many employees are there so the pressure doesn't fall on particular employee i love this especially when i need a leave i can easily get it in case of an emergency. Because the teams are able to manage the work

Dislikes

The seating are in the office for lunch is a bit small as there are many employees. May be more seats can be added to this area

Aurigo is a well known company for its services while its solutions are very good working here is no less than a great experience. The policies of the company are nice. They make it easier for me to work tension free the management often organizes training for the employees

Because i have to work on several projects, I sometimes get stressed Eventually, I am able to manage them

This is the first organization i've seen working so professionally. Most processes are organized here. This company has many teams. seeing them all work in such an organized way is great. I also like the kind of projects i get to do here. I haven't been able to work on many of them because i am being trained. I joined here only a few months ago.

It is my first time working from home so i face communication issues sometimes

completing 2 years in the organization, i can point out several things i like about aurigo firstly the location of the office The office has also been nicely made. Most of the amenities for the employees can be found in the office. Apart from this i'll add that the company's management is very hardworking

It feels awesome to work from the office. But working from my own place isn't as enjoyable as that. Nothing else to dislike
