According to me, this office has everything to keep the employees happy. The management actively hears the concerns of the team. I can communicate with it easily most employees are friendly and keep the environment great.

Dislikes

Lunch breaks are slightly late. Their timing should be considered.

firstly, I'm content to work with such a good organization during the pandemic. Aurigo software technologies is renowned for having many clients and also keeping its employees happy. I love that in such difficult times, I working in a company where my job is secure.

I'm not sure if there is permanent work work- from home available. Because of the pandemic, the option should be given

i have been working in the software engineer's role. it will never force you to increase your potential rather, it will give you time to naturally improve your ability to work more. Be it any member of the management, I have always been politely dealt with. There are times when i might not be in a good but the managers are always cool

Roughly 8 months ago, i found a vacancy here. The sooner I applied, the faster i received a response i must say that the management is really quick in giving a response. otherwise many companies take longer than a week to check the application. when my hiring was done , I was satisfied with everything. Before the coronavirus pandemic. Aurigo software technologies used to have team outings these were great for team bonding and meeting the new employees in the company. The company also takes steps for the professional growth of the employees , so it organizes skill training sessions i like the fact the company is so concerned about the employees
