It may be usual in some officies for the seniors and managers to be bossy. The attitude can naturally change when you work for longer in a company at aurigo though, I don't find anymore bossy or even rude for that matter.

Dislikes

Fewer trips or gathering are not enough to fresh yourself when you keep working for a great duration

I like the staff very much the company consider both male and female employees. It does not have any particular inclination towards hiring only made candidates. It made me quite happy that the focus was more on my skills and enterprise while i was being hired

Aurigo software technologies has several amenities for the employees. Various gaming options too should be there. it can help to relax better during breaks

it is quite a big relief to work in an organization that gives you much relaxation on weekends. I can manage most of my personal tasks on the weekends in my earlier 6-day working job things used to be a lot hectic, and my personal work would remain unfinished for months working here has been to demanding or frustrating

When i went to the office cafeteria last, my experience wasn't very good. The area should have better managed.

In a few organizations, I find it odd that most employees are new or fresher. Not every organization can retain the staff. I've noticed that at aurigo all types of employees are there. I see both fresher and new employees surprisingly, many old employees are there and have been working for years in the same organization. some of them began their career here and are loyal to the company.

Aurigo feels like a family having worked here for 3 years. Being at a senior position, I am in touch with the management. I must appreciate it to taking so many steps for employee's safety and health during the pandemic. The work from home option has been great not only for me but most employees, We have been able to work without worrying about contracting the virus

Here is what i like at aurigo software technologies it is not required to work for extra hours here just to impress the bosses they like people who finish work before the deadlines the company has given all the required facilities to employees at work while i was working from home job insecurity was never an issue for me

in my earlier offices, commutation issue mad it a bit tough to work I am working with aurigo for around 2 years but i have not seen such issues even during the lockdown, the teams were able to communicate well so the never suffered

The company's cafetaria is nice but i miss healthy options especially in drinks. These options can be added for employees.
