I have a total work experience of 7 years but I have only been working in this company for 2 years. In these two years, I never faced the problem of excessive workload. According to me, there are very few companies that will not burden you with unnecessary workload and Aurigo Software Technologies is one among them. In my previous company, the workload was such that I was unable to manage it within the usual work hours. I had to stay in the official till late in the evening for finishing the workload and my personal life was getting affected due to this.
