In one year, I have not come across any problems which cannot be easily handled. Minor issues can be there but these can be neglected.

my review is based on 6 months of working here. I joined here as i was looking for job change due to certain reason. I was employed on the salary I have asked for and the company was okay with it. 1 month after working, there was some issue with my laptop. Due to the coronavirus situation, I was not finding a way to get the laptop fixed on time. i conveyed the some to the office. It is unbelievable that the management offered to provide me with a replacement for the laptop. So i had to take no leave to get it fixed. I had to take no troubles of not being able to work also. This attitude will take the company to good heights....Read More

The management of the company is very transparent. It is because of the management being clear that i never faced any issues with the working environment. The company is also stable. It has been rising continuously. Even when there have been some losses due to the coronavirus problem, Aurigo has been able to go through these and cover the losses. Being here for 2 years, I feel that there are less training sessions. The frequency of these should be increased a little. This will speed up the growth process and will help me in growing my skills even more.

I have worked for many companies. One thing that always bothers me is the office politics. I had been looking for a company where the office politics does not affect me. To my surprise, when i joined Aurigo with high hopes, for the first 6 months, things went smoothly. Afterwards as well, I never encountered any episodes of office politics. Now, I have completed 3 year here. i am happy to observe that the work environment here is healthy for real.
