Before the lockdown, coming to the office on time was a bit tough since I would often find too much traffic.

I joined this company during the lockdown. I had been working from home all this while. It was a pleasant experience working with the team. Even when I was not physically present in the office, I never found any communication issues at work. The office management had come up with all the plans that could easily help everyone to workfrom home. So, the functioning till now has been very smooth. I became a part of this company during the coronavirus pandemic. I will not find it wrong to say that if anything good has happened with me during the pandemic then it is securing a position in this company. Roughly for 11 months, I have found so many good things about this company. They have credit my salary on time. They never give me unrealistic deadlines. The deadlines are always achievable.

Dislikes

Gladly, I did not come across anything I would dislike. I did come across some problems in the beginning because I wasn't able to understand the work so easily. But I constantly kept in touch with my seniors and was gradually able to understand the work too. No problems found since then.

I have a total work experience of 7 years but I have only been working in this company for 2 years. In these two years, I never faced the problem of excessive workload. According to me, there are very few companies that will not burden you with unnecessary workload and Aurigo Software Technologies is one among them. In my previous company, the workload was such that I was unable to manage it within the usual work hours. In those offices, the management was god but whenever an employee made a suggestion or complained about anything, it was sometimes worked upon but not always.
