kuch bhi accha nahi hai ye company me kabhi mat jaana pora time barbaad karna hoga ye company me ye company kandivali east me hai

simple hai ye company ka boss khud ko art director samjhta hai jo ki kuch nahi aata usako or chillate rahata hai poraa din office me baitha hota hai mat karna yaha job salary bhi bhut cut karta hai

Need Your Valuable Advice.

Hello, 6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision. My previous job had, 1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture 2. Good Time for my family & personal life 3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home 4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance Now, in my current Indian company: 1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy) 2. No proper training 3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training 4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents 5. Started my health issues My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning. *It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.* Would you recommend going back?

Full opportunities to learn New Software and New Skills. Every time You learn Something New, I learn a lot from AKMP, if you join AKMP to learn and grow, this is the best workplace.

You can not balance your personal life and work life in AKMP. In terms of promotion vise, you can not expect any *******. Job Security is "0" | If you work well you are a "Hero" Work Satisfaction is average Company Culture---"NONE"--- Designers are Machine continue work.
