Everything depends on the account/project, team and managers you get. If things click for you, it is a excellent company to stay long term and grow. For me everything clicked and had grown within the organization. The work life balance is great! Old employees are treated well within the organization.

Dislikes

- The current financial situation of the company has caused many major customers to exit and reduces job security. - The salary growth is typically as in every other IT service company.

Atos is a good company. I learn lot of things here. Teammates are good and supportive. Work culture also very good.

Dislikes

work life balance is just a word here means our Team Leader and manager doesn't care about it. Lot of times my team complaint but no action yet. Evey week they will provide different shifts like , Mon& Tue Week off. Wed & Thu >> Morning Fri , Sat & Sun >> Night They will not provide continuous shift because of that no sleep at night and whole day will be wasted with no sleep.

There's a good work life balance in the project I'm working. I did not see any layoff or salary cut during downtime. Salary hikes are 3-5% normally. Company having backend support from French government.

Hard to find or move out from one project. Some manager would do a micro management

The company culture is very good, managers are understanding and supportive, there are many oppurtunities to upskill and learn new technologies.

The Salary is not at par with other organsisations and yearly increments too are not very good.

Nothing. Worst internal politics in a worst MNC company. Don't trust the company by name.

If you want to join the company. Think about your career growth. There is no career growth or career development opportunities available. If your project contracts ends. They won't allow you to move into another projects internally. Instead they forced them to resign from the job without serving notice period. Toxic internal politics will affect the newly joined freshers. Managers and HR s targeted only the freshers and put low rating and play the freshers mental health. It's a very good company and with the good people and each and every one are very supportive about work and the management was very nice,we are flexible with our working hours

No salary hike and even though you are deserve for promotion they promote those who's tenure is completed. The promotion should be based on performance rather than tenure of individual.

No decent hike or promotions in the past 3 years, even though its promised by the management. They have cut many employee benefits including shift allowance for UK and US shits. They save costs by not giving transportation facility to the employees. Not a good company if your goal is to excel in any role and get promotions and better packages.

One of the best company but after dividing into Eviden and Atos there are lot of changes in pay scale and appraisal format. 2024 is a bad year for atos lot of project moved from atos to tcs and wipro

They follow the HR policies religiously .. give ample time to resources to search for project when moved to Bench. Very good focus on learning & updkilling.

None of the leaders including their top mgmt have foresight, vision for the company and the resultant is that the company is in $5Bn debt today. Lot of regional politics.

No Appraisals , annual hike only 3%. Totally Manager's dominated approach for employee on their benefits & appraisals, with higher level of cost cutting at each facility. Nothing as per HR Policy, all rules amended as per Manager & HR. Not good for long term service as low hikes & no future.
