Management is the worst. There's not one policy in Atos that works in the employee's favour. PLVP is the biggest scam. The company eats over atleast 18% of your salary in the name of PLVP and you hardly get any returns. And even if you change the project forget about your variable pay. If you are leaving the company forget about your variable pay. Manager's pet = PLVP in full. Zero skilled managers. At times your reporting manager is not your technical manager, he doesn't know your work, learnings, contribution and honestly he isn't interested. Ideally he has to take this feed back from the ops manager. But he seldom does so. So as to favour his pet employees. The only interaction with your manager will be filling your time sheet. I still don't understand what's the role of a manager in atos. Job security wise it's a good company because you will never grow as the ones in the management are all friends and family of eachother and they will not allow anyone else to grow. If you are happy in the same position it's the best company. Evern the department head is crazy. You schedule a skip level meeting and he'll add your manager to it. Dislikes

The managers are too egoistic. Too old school. Most of them are bcom's so they have never learnt the software development process. It's as good as explaining the process to a naive person or a layman. They only know employee has to full his timesheet. If you know this you are fit to become a manager at Atos.

Worst. No trainings, no raise until you decide to leave. No team outings. PLVP is a scam. WFH is the only good thing.

First of all, It all depends on the project and management. In my case , 1. Management is super supportive 2. Great place to enhance our career path. 3. Offer Working from Home whenever required. So work-life balance is very good.

No decent hike or promotions in the past 3 years, even though its promised by the management. They have cut many employee benefits including shift allowance for UK and US shits. They save costs by not giving transportation facility to the employees. Not a good company if your goal is to excel in any role and get promotions and better packages.

Work life balance, 5 day month work from office. Management is very best. You will never be questioned about the breaks, they only want ther work to be done within given SLA. Always encourage to learn and grow. Awards and recognition awards are given to keep employees encouraged. If your manager is Sajid Karke then you will always have a very comfortable environment.

One of the best company but after dividing into Eviden and Atos there are lot of changes in pay scale and appraisal format. 2024 is a bad year for atos lot of project moved from atos to tcs and wipro

They follow the HR policies religiously .. give ample time to resources to search for project when moved to Bench. Very good focus on learning & updkilling.

Dislikes

None of the leaders including their top mgmt have foresight, vision for the company and the resultant is that the company is in $5Bn debt today. Lot of regional politics.

Continuous virtual learning sessions you can enroll. Good for Freshers to join & learn.

Dislikes

No Appraisals , annual hike only 3%. Totally Manager's dominated approach for employee on their benefits & appraisals, with higher level of cost cutting at each facility. Nothing as per HR Policy, all rules amended as per Manager & HR. Not good for long term service as low hikes & no future.

The company culture is very good, managers are understanding and supportive, there are many oppurtunities to upskill and learn new technologies.

Dislikes

The Salary is not at par with other organsisations and yearly increments too are not very good.
