A decent company with slow and steady progress.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent. But growth factor is slow. I felt like stagnant at some point which intensely made me to leave the company. not a better place for entry level position, but definitely the company is making money. can be better if focused on employee welfare rather than profits. In other terms, a pure profit driven company.

Work Details

After completing my masters degree, i directly joined in this company. So as a fresher I initially learn many things on the functions and fundamental activities of human resource department also had been trained all the activities of human resource.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
