I can’t say any dislike as I was in a good team. But some people’s who left this organisation told me that there are no good managers. I feel it depends upon what you are and how you work. It’s a best place to grow and upgrade your skills.

Athenahealth has a great culture and employee friendly environment which supports and keep the moral high of teams and individual. The company was operationally ready for handle epidemic like situation and it was very smooth transition with very few hiccups. WFH was initially challenging as no one was prepared for it but company help ed employees with various engagements, events and virtual entertainment activities as well which worked out and teams quickly got settled with new WFH culture. Dislikes

Its been 6+ months in athenahealth and I didn't see any negative/dislikes sort of things. It has good work-life balance, environment to learn new things and opportunities for learning and innovation.

Monetary benefits and leadership team is wonderful. Great place to work and the teach and learn concept makes and shapes you to better human and a peer in the team.
