1. Culture: There is no diversity in the India office. It's the best place for Mallu to work in, they will probably feel at home but for others, it's a toxic environment. 2: People lack professionalism. They don't understand the basic importance of communicating in English as a consultant. There is no interpersonal learning. 3. Working in India office is like working as a 3rd party contractor for a 3rd party contractor company. The work is backend, the kind of work which people in Sharjah won't prefer to do. 4. Management is least concerned about the India office and people here. 5. You get lied to about work and other important things, by the upper management just so that they can retain people. On average 2 people leave the company (India office) every month and the total strength is about 50 employees. 6. They give a difficult time in providing work from home, even for genuine reasons. I know people who have left the company for this being one of the reasons. 7. Half of the freshers here (which is by the way half of the strength) I know, don't have full-time work. They get all kinds of odd jobs assigned which has basically zero learning. For every experience professional leaving Sharjah, there are 2 freshers hired in India for cost-cutting and to keep the work going, which is not a lot. 8. They have very limited projects and they hire people giving them false hopes that they are about to get a certain project then after those people join the company, they make them do Business Development in order to get the client/work they were hired to do in the first place. 9. There is a difference in employee benefits provided to employees in the Sharjah office and India office, like a huge difference in leaves provided. 10.
