An organisation linked with many outsourced companies, teamwork none - coworkers leave you with lots of pending work. Unbearable work pressure and daily new rules are being implemented which makes you a newbie even after working for more than 2+ years. Very very strict and doesn't allow important leaves. Very poor salary structure with highest income inequality. Newcomers having no experiences gets more salary than the experienced ones. Employees leave this organisation frequently like any other pvt hospitals, which degrades its value.
