The company have utilise latest and enovative technology to make a product or a parts whatever. Company's should have a good opportunity for employees and a good environment . I think company's should have time to work or shift of 8 hours.

Dislikes

I don't like work pressure so company's should not have that. Also don't like to work 10 - 12 hour period at site or in company's.

Work Details

I have been worked at L&T as a supervisor but under contract.There are job of 10 hour per day and night zig zag weekaly and hence I leaved that job .

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
