I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

As far as work environment is concerned it's good. Our teammates are quite supportive and enthusiastic. But with less opportunity for carrier growth & to balance with work and life.....During GST and Income tax returns we work late at night

Work Details

Supervising each and every work of eleven staff. Resolving their work queries. Handling all Bank work. Manage reconciliation and collection of due account receivables on regular basis including follow up. Managing Account's of more than 90 Clients.
