Senior person very arrogant. I had complaints the ASM to the senior manager but they raised hand to hit me .after that i had complaints to HR and requests to shift to other team. They released me without getting 2 month salary benefits.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
