Terrible team leads, Lot of assessment, partiality with people who come directly rather than from Spruce classes. Especially people who are on position of leads with 2 to 4 years of experience, they don't know how to manage the team. They are very arrogant and non-friendly. In company your seniors will always threaten you for your job security. They fired many people from the company time to time. There is no job security. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
