i have to work 10-12 hours straight in days as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

My work is slightly challenging as i have to look after the entire product marketing and distribution life cycle as well as manage day-to-day yield operations. All the travel involved gets a little hectic sometimes. but its ok.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
