Dislikes

There is a lot!! Which I didn't like, but my boss was very supportive. Even I was top performer, still laid off in Camprasion to the non prefomer.

Over all good organization in terms of work culture but not even an average in terms of compensations, can recommend freshers to start their career if lucky to find a good boss can grow and promote for next level within a time period of 2 years.

Dislikes

Slow Growth in terms of compensations and Promotions. It's a KPO but sometimes feels like working in a call center which should be changed.

It was good working with Arvato, adobt and gained several skills in my tenure of 3.4 years but unfortunately unsatisfied in terms of growth and compensation.

They follow MNC culture and work timings, along with monthly party’s which i liked the most here

Dislikes

The only thing which I disliked about this company was that they do not provide sufficient product knowledge and whatever product knowledge they provide is only 10% relevant to the work assigned. And you would require to work for at least 4 to 5 yrs to get a promotion here

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
