Terrible work culture. Managers and lead comment on topics like religionism. They body shame women. There is nothing like ZTPs in this organization. Team leads will humiliate you, till you don't leave organization by yourself. Women oriented organization is a myth - Artech Bhopal managers and leads take women as there own personal servants. Joined as fresher Partiality from delivery manager we want to survive in that organization and if we don't manager won't process your profile we will fall on EDP within 2months of joining and they will remove us like any thing they ruin our career especially Priyanka jain.there is no weak of nothing even we are working on Saturdays also even OT is not paid they make us to work after 6:30Pm also highly recommend not to join this company and it's contract role for 18 months you can join this company as OBHR but not as IT Recruiter....Read More
