The most toxic company woth no work life balance at all, they ask you to work overtime amd on weekends without paying anything extra. They are unprofessionals, every manager is toxic . They keep you and throw you out on their terms and dont even give you your money.

Campus is good because it is in Candor tech space that's is the only good thing about this.

Everything: the work culture is very bad. Targets are unattainable. Males employees suffer alot through the management. Female employees usually suffer inequality. No work ethics, managers have no manners , they even abuse openly. Freshers are overworked, discouraged used and thrown like trash. It is night shift . Every other department is alright just do not go as a recruiter!!

Artech is located in Candor Tech space, sec 62 Noida. The office campas is great. And the only good thing.

1. Micro Management. 2. Illogical process. 3. Favourism. 4. 1.2% recurring incentive only for 1 year 5. Very less chance of promotion. 6. Titles are- Associate Recruiter, Technical recruiter, Senior Tech Recruiter (Min 2 years no promotion), Lead Recruiter Band 1, 2, 3, 4(Minimum 2 years per band), Team lead. 7. You will get 24 leaves and 24 work from home days per year. But your Manager will never approve your leaves. I could not utilize more than 6 leaves per year. Rest of leaves get easted. 8. Your personal life, family, friends don't matter here. You will be treated as just a loabour here. So please avoid joining Artech. Very toxic environment....Read More

Salary on time, 5 days working, employee engagement activities, HR and IT policies are good.

Dislikes

Internal politics at senior level and sometime seniors not listen. There is culture of favor or non favorite employee of seniors. Not much appreciation by seniors if you are not favorite one. But, overall it is a good company where you can spend 10-15 years. If top management see at ground level and understand their problem then it will be great help to management.

On time salary, but everything depends upon on which client we are working through Artech. Artech is just staffing company I hope. So based on clients input, everything goes into smooth process.

Actually women should be aware before joining. For some client, projects gets over in Artech, if client ends with contract. Eg: if women goes for long month holidays.
