I regret to say that my experience with Arkaiz has been nothing short of a nightmare. The management, if it can even be called that, is utterly non-existent. There is no physical office, no designated seating space, and no semblance of professionalism. Not only is there no company board, but essentials like Provident Fund and salary accounts are also missing. It's astonishing to see a company operate in such a haphazard manner, with no regard for basic employee benefits or financial stability.The so-called managers seem to be clueless about their own field, especially when it comes to study abroad programs. Useless meetings and office politics run rampant, creating a toxic work environment filled with unnecessary stress and pressure. To top it off, the company seems to thrive on constantly changing office policies, adding to the confusion and frustration of employees.
