Work from home is completely encouraged and we had laptops from day 1, so there was no issues in shifting to work from home. Team members are also quite understanding and we are putting complete efforts to deliver the projects. Also, ArisGlobal being in the Life-Sciences domain, there is no dearth of work for us!

Dislikes

I don't see many growth opportunities and also, the bright ones are not showcased and also allowed to shine. It may be due to only a few of the people in the higher management.

1. Lack of Job Security, 6-7 time frequent layoff occurred in last year interval. 2. Immediate Pressure from higher management, starting from beginning of each sprint. 3. Absence of proper project architecture design and roadmap. leading to project failure at last and delivered with compromised quality. 4. Layoff notification derived abruptly via Microsoft Team video calls and discounted everything in next 10 min. 5. Good colleagues. Had a very good team who collaborate each other and help completing the tasks be it dev or QC.

No Job security. Lay offs every quarter. Management look at only profit bookings instead of upping the sales. Worst company culture. Lays off high performing employees without any criteria. Advice to job seekers, please stay away from the company. By the rate of looking at the lay offs from past 1.5 years(4 lays offs), they are going to shut down soon(maybe another 1-2 years)
