This company has serious issues with work life balance and employees respect. The culture is characterised by frequent scolding and blame, with little to no recognization for hard work. while the organization claim to have a 5- day work week, the reality is quite different - employees are expected to work through weekends, with late-night working becoming a norm. The working conditions are extremely unhealthy, with no regard for employee's well-being. Instances of severe street, lack of proper sleep and irregular meals are common, leading to health risks. In one alarming case, an employee suffered a heart attack due to relentless pressure and a toxic environment. Unfortunetly, the atmosphere fosters depression among employees, many of whom are actively seeking better opportunity. Those who remain often do so out for financial necessity and rather than NY loyalty or satisfaction. Advice to potential employees: Join only if you are prepared to compromise your health and well-being. The risks far outweigh any potential benefits.
