Getting a job in Archetive solutions has been a blessing in disguise during this pandemic . Company always have been very transparent to its employees . Company has always been very open to learning and encourages innovative ideas . Growth here does not at all depend upon tenurity , however it is completely based on merit of the employee . I am a new joiner and have joined Archetive 6 months back .We have been moved to different teams such a QC and client teams . We being freshers have been given a lot of exposure to learn new things and take up different responsibilities . The salary structure is quite decent in comparison to the companies we drool on . The best part of the company is we being the fresher and we hardly could contribute anything to the company as we are still in the learning phase but this when it comes to appreciation and recognition , we have never been left out . No company would pay a decent prize money just after completing training just for a presentation . Apart from that incentives are like icing on the cake . Growth rate is very high . Starting from training to operations , TL To the HR they have been very supportive throughout the journey . As per the tag line "Grow is what we do " , I want my company to soar high keeping all the negativities away . It is impractical to expect heaven on earth , as our company is still in its growing phase, and every one I believe should equally contribute with new ideas and definitely work as a team to accelerate the growth . If the company grows we grow as well . If company is standing by us in our difficult times , we should stand as a team and believe and support the decisions been taken by the company . In this pandemic it has been seen that many mid level companies have seized to exist and their are many people who have lost their jobs /. Good to see a lot of reviews here , some are really surprising . However working here in the capacity of Client Support Associate at this point and having received promotion from the L1 " Analyst "position , I feel I am qualified to put up a review here. For the unversed , I joined here in the early 2020. Archetive solution is a pretty new company compared to other businesses around , so that it can never be in comparison to the existing MNC's who are in business for 20 years . I wouldn't say the co. is completely organized and have all the facilities which we can compare with the so called MNC's , but it is always looking for betterment , organizing themselves , developing people and putting things together for future growth . In 2020 and 2021 ( core pandemic ) when the so called big fish companies were shutting down , firing their employees , paying half salary and almost null to their employees, Archetive solutions was paying full salary with incentives , having people working from home though its tough to run operations working from home during the lockdown. Company has always been open and transparent to its employees , if anyone does not like the co culture , like speaking in English on the floor , wearing formals , disciplined , well behaved , having respect for the seniors and juniors , maintaining punctuality , they may leave with a month's notice . That is pretty much in the Policy . Company never fires anyone , unless there's a serious behavioral issue for which co has 0% tolerance . Else for the low performer's they are always given time for improvement . However it is very intriguing to see so many copy and pasted / cloned reviews over here after so claimed 2.5 years of work . Attrition is all around , somewhere low , somewhere high . Archetive is also having the same situation . I would say it starts from the hiring , once you hire a wrong people or the ones who are not suitable for the organization it ends up as attrition....Read More
