Worst company. One of the worst female managers present in the company. You work under heavy pressure, and they monitor keyboard activity time which is absolutely nonsensical for home based employees. They mark comprehensive comprehension error and you get zero incentives. I worked for 7 years in the company and quit in 2021. An employee that I met there has worked for nearly 20 years and losing his hard earned money in the form of "major errors" and is a type 2 diabetic now and survived a stroke. Don't work for this company if you care for yourself and your family. It's a 9-hour back-breaking shift and most of the times they beg you to extend the shift.
