You work under heavy pressure, and they monitor keyboard activity time which is absolutely nonsensical for home based employees. They mark comprehensive comprehension error and you get zero incentives. I worked for 7 years in the company and quit in 2021. An employee that I met there has worked for nearly 20 years and losing his hard earned money in the form of "major errors" and is a type 2 diabetic now and survived a stroke. Don't work for this company if you care for yourself and your family. It's a 9-hour back-breaking shift and most of the times they beg you to extend the shift.
